Terms of Service — Rakord Studio Automation

1. Scope

These Terms govern the use of the Rakord Studio Automation application (the "Application"), operated by Petr Fadeev, sole proprietor, trading as the video production studio "Rakord" (the "Operator").

The Application is an internal tool of the studio. It is made available to the studio's staff and to owners of YouTube channels that have a channel-management contract with the studio (the "User"). The Application is not offered to the general public.

2. What the Application does

The Application publishes videos produced by the studio to the User's YouTube channel, updates the details of published videos, assists with replying to viewers' comments, and compiles analytics reports for the User. A full description is available on the Rakord Studio Automation page.

3. Access to the User's YouTube account

The Application acts on the User's YouTube channel only after the User has granted access through the official Google OAuth consent flow, and only within the scopes the User approved.

The User may revoke access at any time on the Google Third-party apps with account access page. After revocation the Application can no longer access the channel.

4. Handling of data

Data received from Google APIs is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

5. User obligations

The User confirms that they are the owner of the YouTube channel connected to the Application, or are authorised to manage it, and that the content published through the Application does not violate the YouTube Terms of Service or applicable law.

6. Liability

The Application is provided as part of the studio's services under the contract concluded with the User. The Operator is not liable for interruptions caused by failures of third-party services (including Google and YouTube), nor for decisions taken by the User on the basis of the reports produced.

7. Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, the updated version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
