A content production system powered by artificial intelligence and automation

It takes the routine off you and your team. AI and automation do the repetitive work, you make the decisions.

The problem

Two reasons video production stalls

01

Content lives in chats, notes and people's heads

The script is in one chat, the thumbnail in another, the footage is with the editor, and the release date is in the producer's head. A month later nobody remembers where things are or what stage a video is at. Every new person starts with the question "where is it?".

02

Routine eats up weeks

Writing scripts, preparing thumbnails, transcribing episodes, cutting shorts, uploading videos, building reports, going through comments, writing descriptions and tags. Work that doesn't need a human but takes up all of their time.

What the system does

What you stop doing by hand

The five stages every video goes through.

01 · Ideas and analytics

Tracking trends and copying numbers

  • looking for what took off for competitors
  • coming up with new video ideas from scratch
  • pulling YouTube numbers into one report
  • going through comments and drafting replies
02 · Scripts and prep

Writing from a blank page

  • writing scripts for long videos, shorts and reels
  • coming up with the first 10 seconds of a video
  • researching your podcast guests in depth
  • AI writes in your voice, not a generic one
03 · Shooting

Searching for where things are

  • everything about each video in one place: open it and see the status, the date and who's responsible
  • no more digging through chats for footage, links live in the video card
  • the content plan builds itself from the dates
04 · Editing

Watching hours of footage

  • transcripts of all your videos with no extra subscriptions
  • transcript editing and timecodes
  • picking and cutting shorts from a long episode
05 · Packaging and publishing

Uploading and passing links around

  • coming up with titles, descriptions and tags
  • designing thumbnails from scratch
  • uploading videos to platforms
  • updating links and statuses, they fill in on their own
Two versions

Two options: Base and Studio

Base – if you publish up to 30 videos a month

A solo creator or a small project. No setup needed: watch the video, copy the template, get to work.

Studio – if you publish more than 30 videos, have a team or several channels

Needs a server and three days of setup. Three consultations with me are included.

🧭

In short. Up to 30 videos a month – go with Base. More than 30 or you have a team – Studio, but only if you can give the setup three days. No three days – Base anyway.

What exactly do I get?

A link to the Notion template and a walkthrough video where I show the whole system. You click "Duplicate" and the system with all its tables, prompts and guides appears in your workspace. Learning and setting up Base takes about 30 minutes. The copy is yours forever, change it however you like.

How does payment work?

You message me on Telegram and I send the details for a USDT transfer on Bybit. Once it arrives, I confirm and send the template link in the same chat. It usually takes a few minutes.

Do I need a paid Notion plan?

Yes, $20 a month per team member. Contractors can be invited as guests for free.

I'm not a developer. Can I handle Studio?

Setup happens in a conversation with an AI assistant: it reads the guide and does the steps for you. Plus three consultations with me.

But honestly: it takes three days of your attention. If you don't have three days, take Base, it takes 30 minutes.

Can I start with Base and move to Studio later?

Yes, that's a normal path. Base brings order, Studio adds automation on top. Message me before buying Studio and you'll just pay the difference.

How much does Studio cost to run?

From $177 a month: Notion and Claude subscriptions, a server, video storage. Plus $15–30 a year for a domain.

Does it work for any social network?

Yes. The tables, prompts and content plan aren't tied to a platform, you edit the list of platforms to fit yours. The automations are currently connected to YouTube, Instagram* and VK.
